  I went on 2017/05/30 around 10am to get plates for my new motorcycle. I had previously heard bad things about this location. I was the only customer there. The young woman at the counter was very polite and knew what she was doing. Whipping through paperwork in seconds that would have taken me much longer. Then punching it all into the computers like it was second nature. She really did an excellent job. If anything she was too happy to serve me if that is possible! :) lol

  This is the only place I like to go to get anything I need done. The lady knows how to do her job and does it well, quick and efficient , she's right to the point and wants it done right. If you see that as offending then maybe you should go somewhere else , where they might have better customer service , but honestly I just want to get in and out and that's what this lady does best, her job. My parents are deaf and they swore by this lady, she is by the book. And a little rough around the edges but I like that. Makes me feel like she cares about it getting done correctly.

  We showed up at 4:25( they close at 5) there was 4 people in front of us. It took her until 4:45 to serve one person. She had to call someone because she didn't know what to do with the costumers issue. When she finally finished with him , that's when she informed us that she would not serve any customers after 5. So we had stood there for over half an hour. Totally unprofessional, she should have know she couldn't handle that many customers so we could have gone to collingwood. Do not use this service Canada office, Collingwood is just a few min away and you will get better service.

  I quit going to this office a long time ago. I live in Stayner and will Gladly drive to Collingwood for polite and professional service. Call it schtick if you like, but the proper word is actually just rude. Hopefully the new people will be better. Going to this office used to be one of the things I disliked the most, wondering how she was going to try to belittle you today. The place always reeked of smoke too. Good thing she finally retired.
